“Love is patient. Love is kind. It bears all things. Believes all things. Hopes all things. Endures all things. Love never fails.” It is only fitting that that verse was used in the wedding ceremony of Dori and Jesus. Not only is it a testament to their love for one another, but it also set the tone for their life together. The black tie optional ceremony took place at Christ the King Catholic Church in Dallas, and guests filled the church to see Dori and Jesus tie the knot. Jordan Payne Events provided the floral arrangements that accented the elegant and classy them selected by Dori and Jesus. Prior to the ceremony, Dori and Jesus exchanged notes between each other in a moment that they won’t soon forget.
The reception, held at the Belo Mansion, had everything that guests could want from a wedding celebration. The Emerald City Band provided the entertainment. Panini Bakery designed the bride’s beautiful cake, while Dallas Affaires Cake Company provided the groom’s cake. The bride’s cake topper has been handed down from Dori’s family for more than 50 years, and it was a tradition that meant a lot to both she and Jesus. Cake was not the only sweet treat that guests indulged on. A cotton candy machine was present and kept everyone on a sugar high. Additionally, a photo booth was on-site for guests to create memories through pictures. Dori and Jesus enjoyed a grand send-off complete with their guests showering them with white rose petals as a brass band played.
Congratulations to Dori and Jesus on their nuptials, and we wish the two the very best in their new life together.
