It was the day of my Mehndi, and although we spent months planning, it was Murphy’s law x 10! To top off the madness, my videographers called and canceled, three hours before the festivities were to begin! This meant I had no videographer to capture our wedding. While my fiancee, at the time, was in utter disbelief, continuously ranting on about how, “our children will never see our wedding!”, I was in a complete state of shock! I remembered watching wedding highlights from Hakim and Sons, and decided to give them a call, almost certain that there was no way they would be available on such short notice.

Shezad, canceling his weekend get away, showed up to my room with Jose, only a few hours later, just in time for the event. It was literally like an angel had descended from the skies, just in the midst of chaos, to make everything alright. Shezad and his team were there, relaxed, and reassuring, catching every glimpse of our events. The best part was that I barely noticed their presence. Their equipment was so subtle, and unobtrusive. Hakim and Sons even spent the entire next morning, coming up with an amazing concept for our instant edit, with a movie theater, and even a helicopter! Need I say more? My entire family was floored when they watched our instant edit at our reception. I continue to receive praise for my gorgeous wedding highlight movies. People have told me time and again that my videos brought them to tears!

In doing research for videographers for our wedding, I watched dozens of wedding highlights, but none have the quality and class that Hakim and Sons video’s possess. They know the exact formula for compelling film : just the right angles, perfect timing, great music, a touch of humor, and a good dose of drama. They are exquisite, not only in the impeccable and creative nature of their production, but in their business dealings as well. They are professional, personable, and they truly care about their clients. I have learned that when planning a wedding, there will be some things that you are pleased with, and there are sure to be disappointments, and then there will be that awesome decision that really made your wedding. For me, that was choosing Hakim and Sons as my videographers.
